Processing time: For in stock items please allow 5-10 business days. We do offer same day rush shipping for an addition charge of $25.00. To qualify for same day shipping, orders must be received by 1:00PM PST.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Claims and Returns: Upon receipt of shipment, if anything is missing or damaged, you must hold the packing material and carton until the freight claim is settled. Concealed shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No claims for concealed shortages and/ or damages will be allowed unless reported to our office within 7 days of delivery. MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS OUR OFFICE HAS GRANTED AUTHORIZATION IN WRITING. Returns cannot be authorized by our sales representatives over the phone.
